Product Manager

We’re looking for a Product Manager to drive the next wave of innovation and impact. In this role, you’ll connect engineering teams with customer needs, ensuring our platform delivers both technical excellence and real-world value.

What You’ll Do:

• Build the product roadmap with a focus on integrations and extensibility, aligning with SysAid’s mission.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of developers and designers to enhance user experience and maximize customer value.
• Translate complex challenges into clear, actionable product plans that resonate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Gather and analyze customer insights to drive meaningful product enhancements.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
• Work closely with QA teams to uphold the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• You have 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in a SaaS environment, with a strong technical background.
• You have a technical professional background.
• You possess a solid understanding of complex technical systems and can communicate effectively with engineers and stakeholders alike.
• You’re skilled at analyzing data and market trends to inform strategic product decisions.
• Your communication skills shine when articulating technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• You’re a proactive problem solver who thrives on tackling technical challenges and driving solutions.
• BSc degree in Computer Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience with AI products or familiarity with Service Management platforms - an advantage
