Product Manager

TerminalX is Looking for a Product Manager in E-Commerce!

We are looking for a Product Manager with a strong technical orientation, a deep understanding of e-commerce, and the ability to take ownership, ensure end-to-end execution, and drive projects to completion. This role is perfect for someone who has worked in the e-commerce industry—whether in operations, marketing, QA, or another relevant role—and is now ready to transition into product management.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage both frontend and backend product initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery, including integrations with third-party services and platforms.
• Define and prioritize product specifications, including business rules, workflows, and use cases.
• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams.
• Work closely with R&D teams to define requirements and oversee product delivery.
• Monitor product and business performance, identifying and implementing improvements as needed.
• Communicate project status, challenges, and risks proactively to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Background in e-commerce, with hands-on experience in areas such as operations, marketing, customer experience, or similar.
• Strong ownership mentality – ability to take initiative, close loops, drive execution, and perform manual QA.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail, with the ability to conduct project validations.
• Technical understanding and ability to work closely with development teams.
• Highly independent but also a strong team player.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes and work under pressure.

Advantages
