Engineering Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the ongoing engineering activities of the division in new and/or ongoing projects.
• Continuously improve engineering tools that support ongoing production and production efficiency.
• Actively support and improve the organization's growth by increasing the organization's value proposition to various customers.

Requirements

• Engineering education BSC / Practical Engineer meeting all other criteria below.
• Previous managerial experience - 5 years in a manufacturing plant, preferably subcontractors.
• Experience in managing an engineering department.
• Experience and knowledge in assembly processes, familiarity with electromechanical components.
• Knowledge in reading and understanding drawings.
• Experience working with engineering information systems and ERP (SAP - an advantage).
• High level of English.
