R&D Associate

Are you passionate about molecular biology? Phytolon is looking for an R&D Associate to join our innovative team! If you have a background in Molecular Biology, Biology, or a related field and a passion for research and experimentation, we would love to hear from you!

 Responsibilities:

• Support tasks and projects in Molecular Biology, Microbiology, and Analytical departments.
• Conduct experiments in the above domains, including troubleshooting and optimizing experimental protocols to enhance reproducibility and efficiency.
• Perform data analysis, interpret results, and provide insights to enhance experimental outcomes.
• Prepare technical reports, summaries, and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align R&D efforts with overall project goals.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all experiments, data, and results in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct data analysis and interpret findings.
• Prepare technical reports and concise summaries.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Biology, Molecular Biology, or a closely related field.
• A Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in an industrial setting.
• Proficiency in operating laboratory equipment and working with molecular biology tools and software.
• Proficiency in PCR, DNA/RNA extraction, molecular cloning, and related techniques.
• Familiarity with microbiological protocols and analytical techniques (e.g., HPLC).
• Experience operating laboratory equipment and using molecular biology software.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Strong attention to details, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Full-time availability at our facility in High-Tech Park, Yokneam Illit.
