Frontend Tech Lead

Arpeely is a Data-Science startup, leveraging data analysis, ML, engineering, multi-disciplinary thinking to gain a market edge and exploit hidden opportunities in real-time advertising. Processing over 0.5m requests per second and serving over 20B sub-second predictions daily, we build and operate Machine Learning algorithms running on the world’s largest Real-time-bidding (RTB) Ad-Exchanges. Arpeely is a Google AdX vendor and serves clients spanning from startups to Fortune-50 companies.

We’re looking for a Director of Engineering to oversee the roadmap, design, development of our bidding engines, ML and data pipelines, internal tools and our vast, real-time, high-load environment. What You’ll Do:

• Own end-to-end products and user experiences that touch millions of users daily
• Design UX & logic, implement and deploy high-scale user-facing funnels, experiences and products
• Be the team's go-to for all things from integrations, user funnels, experiences & page performance.
• Join a small and A-team and work side by side with our VP R&D, data-scientists and researchers
• Put yourself in users' shoes and develop UX experiments (A\B tests) to improve their experiences
• Work on internal data-science and marketing systems, empowering the work of your fellow engineers and data scientists
• Technological superiority is what gives us our edge so you’ll work and be up to date with the latest tech stack and trends

Who we are looking for:

• 4+ years in Frontend web development in Javascript, React, TypeScript - Must
• UX Experience, Funnels & Product understanding - Must
• Experience with databases, analytics - Big Plus
• Team-player as well as the ability to be independent and proactive
