A rare opportunity to join a well-funded, fast-growing startup at the earliest stages. As a Founding AI Engineer, you will work closely with the co-founders to rapidly iterate on product ideas, develop cutting-edge AI solutions, and shape the technical vision from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models, including neural networks
• Integrate large language models (LLMs) into the product pipeline, leveraging techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Use frameworks such as LangChain to develop scalable AI workflows
• Perform data analysis, processing, and feature engineering to enhance model performance
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless AI/ML integration into the platform
• Establish best practices in AI/ML, data science, and deep learning
  
  

• 3-5+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, and AI development
• Strong Python skills and experience with ML/DL libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Experience deploying AI/ML models, including fine-tuning and prompt engineering for LLMs
• Familiarity with SQL, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and scalable data infrastructure
• Experience working with large datasets, data pipelines, and frameworks like Spark or Airflow
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for solving complex problems in a fast-paced startup environment
