Overview

Varos just raised its latest VC round from one of the best investors in SF (still unannounced) and we are bringing on an AI engineer to join our small and mighty team. You’ll build end-to-end functionality such as AI Agents, RAG Search, etc. and be actively involved in building the company into an empire.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Development: Integrate and orchestrate LLMs and AI services to solve real-world business problems.
• Agent & Prompt Engineering: Research, experiment, and implement agent-based architectures, advanced prompt strategies, and model usage best practices.
• Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work with cross-functional teams to identify AI-driven solutions and optimize existing workflows.
• Innovation & Research: Keep updated with emerging AI trends, libraries, and approaches to enhance our AI capabilities.
• Performance & Reliability: Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and efficient for enterprise-grade deployment.
  
  

• Technical Expertise: Proficient in Python and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) for inference and orchestration.
• Hands-On Experience: Demonstrable success in developing AI-driven or NLP-based products in a production environment.
• Problem-Solving: Strong ability to dissect complex problems and implement creative AI-driven solutions.
