BI analyst (5+ years) from gaming- a must!

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Analyst with a strong analytical mindset and a deep understanding

of the gambling business. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the analytics function,

working closely with business stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Business-Driven Analytics: Develop and maintain analytical models that support key

business objectives, particularly within the gambling sector.

Data Strategy & Insights: Work closely with stakeholders across product, marketing,

and operations to understand business challenges and deliver meaningful data

solutions.

BI & Reporting Optimization: Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of reporting by

maintaining a strong connection between data models and business intelligence tools.

Analytics Infrastructure & Governance: Oversee the development of structured,

reliable datasets that facilitate data-driven decision-making.

Cost & Performance Management: Optimize data processing and reporting

workflows to maintain efficiency and scalability.

Team Collaboration & Leadership: Contribute to the growth of the analytics function

by sharing best practices, mentoring team members, and fostering a strong data

culture.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in analytics or data-related roles, with a strong focus on

business intelligence and decision-making.

Experience in gambling, gaming, or betting analytics is highly preferred.

Strong SQL skills, familiarity with BigQuery will be plus

Experience with dbt or other data modeling frameworks.

Deep understanding of data-driven business strategies and the ability to translate

complex data into actionable insights.

Experience working with BI/reporting tools.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and

non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of PostgreSQL and other relational databases.

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for analytics workflows.
