A company specializing in capital raising from investors for projects in the real estate, private equity, and hospitality sectors abroad. The company is involved in a variety of projects—from asset enhancement, through construction, to management—and offers investors personal and professional service, tailored to their unique profile and needs.
Position Description:
In this role, the Investor Relations Associate will be a central part of the service and relationship department for investors. The individual will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the investor service system for both existing and potential clients. The position includes providing ongoing professional responses to investors’ questions, overseeing status updates and project progress, and handling investment onboarding and withdrawal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Investor Service and Support
· Providing telephone and digital (email, WhatsApp, chat) responses to inquiries from existing and potential investors.
· Rapid and up-to-date handling of contract issues, regulatory documents, and other operational matters.
2. Investor Needs Management
· Executing onboarding processes for new investors: sharing relevant information, collecting documents, and tracking completion.
· Updating internal systems with data on existing investors.
· Assisting in the delivery of financial information such as performance reports, return updates, and associated costs.
· Scheduling and coordinating meetings between investors and professional teams (analysts, advisors, etc.).
· Day-to-day investor relationship management, meeting investor needs, and providing professional guidance throughout the entire investment period.
· Retaining long-term clients: responding to their needs and matching investment solutions to their risk profiles.
· Sending performance reports and maintaining regular communication with investors.
3. Coordination and Ongoing Operations
· Recording and documenting all actions and inquiries in the CRM and internal reporting systems.
· Monitoring tasks, including contract renewals, payments, and periodic updates.
· Working closely with the finance and legal departments on transfers, documents, and regulatory matters.
· Collaborating with the marketing department to build investor recruitment campaigns and develop a value proposition strategy.
· Preparing presentations and informational materials for marketing purposes and meetings with investors.
4. Strengthening Personal Investor Relationships
· Participating in organizing events and specialized investor conferences (webinars, project tours, boutique meetings, etc.).
· Collecting investor feedback and initiating actions to improve service levels and strengthen long-term relationships.
5. Professional Development and Learning
· Becoming familiar with the company’s various investment products, including financial and real estate aspects.
· Staying updated on market trends, regulations, and new requirements that could affect investor services.
Skills and Requirements:
· Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree (or nearing completion) in fields such as Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field.
· Advantage for previous experience in real estate, preferably in finance or investment firms.
Communication and Service Skills
· High-level written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English, including working with international contacts.
· Strong interpersonal skills, a service-oriented mindset, and ability to work in a team.
Operational and Organizational Abilities
· Time-management skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining order and accuracy.
· Proficiency in Office applications (especially Outlook and Excel) and CRM systems.
· Attention to detail and accuracy in work processes.
Organizational Capabilities
· Ability to meet deadlines and manage tasks concurrently.
· Strong attention to detail.
Desire to Grow in the Real Estate Investment World
· Curiosity and willingness to learn about the field: financial models, project types, and investment structures.
· Initiative and a proactive approach to task management and improvement suggestions.
