Key Requirements:

·      Develop and execute bold social media strategies to grow WWWORKER’s online presence across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok). 

·      Create engaging, on-brand content-posts, videos, stories - that highlight our mission and community impact. 

·      Manage daily posting schedules, respond to followers, and foster an active, positive online community. 

·      Amplify our story: empowering blue collar workers and employers globally. 

·      Analyze social media performance using analytics tools, adjusting tactics to boost engagement and reach. 

·      Stay ahead of trends, experimenting with new features and formats to keep WWWORKER cutting-edge. 

• Craft innovative social media campaigns that create ‘buzz’ and attract new players.

·      Collaborate with the marketing and PR teams to align campaigns with company goals and launches. 

What We’re Looking For

·      A social media pro with 4+ years of experience managing brand accounts or campaigns. 

·      A dedicated worker, thriving in the dynamic, fast-paced world of a startup. 

·      A creative dynamo with a talent for crafting thumb-stopping content and visuals. 

·      Skilled in storytelling, with a knack for translating our mission into relatable, shareable posts. 

·      Passionate about WWWORKER’s vision of connecting blue collar workers to global opportunities. 

·      Proficiency with tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, or similar platforms. 

·      Strong communicator, comfortable engaging online community and handling feedback. 

·      Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Deep understanding of social media best practices, trends, and platform algorithms.
• Exceptional English & Hebrew writing, speaking and communication skills.
