Talent Acquisition Partner

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner with 5-7 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment. In this role, you will lead recruitment efforts for a variety of technical and non-technical positions, including development, systems analysis, and implementation specialists.

While recruitment will be your primary focus, we are also looking for someone eager to contribute to broader employee experience and HR initiatives, including employee wellbeing, event management, and engagement programs that enhance workplace culture.

Your Role:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles, including developers, systems analysts, and implementation specialists.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the company’s evolving needs.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by sourcing candidates through multiple channels.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to ensure alignment with company goals and job requirements.
• Support HR initiatives related to employee wellbeing, engagement, and company culture, such as organizing company events, overseeing employee perks and gifts, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Utilize data-driven insights to improve recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience.
• Lead and contribute to projects aimed at boosting employee engagement and retention.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to recruit for both technical (development, systems analysis) and operational roles.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, with a passion for contributing to employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
