Product Manager

A startup company specializing in automating vulnerability management for software containers while preventing disruptions in development cycles. Its platform offers seamless integration, real-time analytics, and high scalability, helping organizations enhance security, efficiency, and decision-making processes.

The company’s offices are in Tel Aviv, near a train line, with a hybrid work model of two remote days per week. The team in Israel consists of 10 employees, with an additional office in the U.S. focusing on sales. The role includes an options package.

Responsibility-

• Define, manage, and execute product strategies and roadmaps that align with the company's vision and market trends
• Collaborate closely with the engineering team to oversee the development of new product features, specifically those targeted toward container security and vulnerability remediation
• Understand and anticipate the needs of our customers, translating them into detailed product requirements and user stories
• Analyze user feedback, market trends, and performance metrics to inform data-driven product decisions and enhancements
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure comprehensive go-to-market strategies and successful product adoption
• Facilitate communication between the technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating product functionality into tangible business value
• Stay current with industry standards and advancements in software supply chain security, development tooling and containerized application security

Requirements-

• 4 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Strong technical understanding of development environments, including CI/CD processes, containerized applications, and tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience in development, architecture, or a similar technical role – a significant advantage.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end development processes, including defining requirements, leading development efforts, and supporting Go-to-Market strategies.
• Familiarity with user feedback analysis, performance metrics, and industry trends.
