Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Help Desk Technician located in Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Help Desk Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers, performing help desk support, and computer repair tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Desktop Computers and Computer Repair skills
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting abilities
• Experience in providing Help Desk Support
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Knowledge of network systems and IT security
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus
