Senior Org & Op Excellence Consultant

As a Senior Org & Op Excellence Consultant (Industrial Engineering), you oversee consulting processes and manage client relationships.

As part of this role, you ensure high-quality solutions, promote new work methodologies, and train new consultants. This requires you to have excellent leadership skills, be creative and quick to learn, as well as keep in constant contact with TASC’s top executives.

Requirements

• BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management
• MBA with a relevant specialization from a leading educational institution- Plus
• 2-5 years of experience in accompanying organizations in operational excellence processes
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal relations, creativity & initiative, curiosity, personal impact & leadership skills
• Consulting experience: an advantage
• Fluent Hebrew, Fluent English; additional language is an advantage
