Business Analyst

EDEN Gallery is a leading art gallery with 15 international locations and a vibrant community of art lovers, collectors, and curators. 

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Project Manager \ Business Analyst with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce to join our dynamic team.  

The ideal candidate will have experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and translating business needs into technical solutions.  

Experience with ERP systems in a global retail organization. 

As our BA, you will be working closely with stakeholders to drive business transformation through Salesforce CRM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other business systems and improving overall user adoption. You will also play a key role in project management, ensuring a successful delivery of Salesforce initiatives within scope and time. 

Key tasks: 

·       Requirements Gathering: Engage with business stakeholders to capture and document requirements, ensuring

that Salesforce solutions align with business objectives. 

·       Process Analysis & Optimization: Analyze current business processes and provide recommendations for

improvements, leveraging Salesforce capabilities to optimize workflows. 

·       Testing & Quality Assurance: lead UAT sessions, and ensure the quality of Salesforce implementations. 

·       User Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support to users, ensuring optimal system usage and

adoption. 

Qualifications: 

·       Experience: 

o   3-4 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. 

o   Familiarity with Salesforce platform features like process builder flows, and lightning components is a plus. 

·       ERP Experience: 

o   Experience as a Business Analyst working with ERP systems - Priority BIG advantage 

o   Familiarity with Salesforce integrations vs ERP  

·       Industry Experience: 

o   Knowledge of retail business processes (inventory management, order processing, customer experience, etc.) and how Salesforce can enhance these processes is a plus. 

·       Technical Skills: 

o   Understanding of Salesforce development concepts and architecture (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning). 

o   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

·       Soft Skills: 

o   Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

o   Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment with cross-functional teams. 

o   Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
