Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to generate qualified leads, actively participating in outreach efforts through direct engagement.
- Business Development: Proactively discover new business opportunities by researching prospects, reaching out to them, and qualifying their needs to ensure they fit our ideal customer profile.
- Collaborative Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to schedule meetings, ensuring a smooth handoff of qualified leads for closing.
- Pipeline Management: Keep track of your leads and ensure the sales pipeline is consistently updated with accurate and relevant information.
- Strategic Outreach: Help refine outreach strategies by analyzing and leveraging sales data and insights to improve performance.
- Tech Tools: Utilize tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and others to maximize outreach efforts and ensure seamless processes.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: 2 years in a SDR role, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong Communication Skills: Native-level English proficiency, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while handling multiple tasks and focusing on results.
- Proactive & Driven: A self-starter attitude with the ability to motivate yourself to meet ambitious goals.
- Hands- on approach and attitude.
- Sales Expertise: Knowledge of SaaS sales processes and lead-generation strategies.
- Collaboration: Comfortable working within a team and contributing to the continuous improvement of outreach processes.
- US Working Hours: Availability to work during US business hours to align with our client base and sales teams.
