Junior Customer Success Manager (German-Speaking)

Position Overview:

Join ROi Labs as a Junior B2C Customer Success Manager (German-Speaking) and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences with our iGaming products. This role is designed for individuals at the start of their career, looking to enhance their sales skills while acting as the vital link between our products and customer satisfaction. You will build lasting relationships, solve customer issues, and gather insights to contribute to product improvements, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for every user.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate strong relationships with B2C customers, maintaining contact from their first day and throughout their entire lifecycle with the company.​
• Onboard new customers smoothly, ensuring they are fully engaged and informed from the outset.​
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of iGaming products to competently address customer inquiries.​
• Quickly resolve customer issues by collaborating with internal teams, ensuring a seamless customer experience.​
• Analyze customer interactions and feedback to provide actionable insights for product development and enhancement.​

Qualifications:

• Strong sales orientation with excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.​
• Proficiency in German at a conversational level (minimum B1)
• Proficiency in English at a conversational level.​
• Entry-level readiness with a high level of motivation to master tools and customer support platforms.​
• Proactive and results-driven, with a keen focus on customer-centric solutions.​
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative team member.​
• A strong drive to learn, grow, and excel in B2C customer engagement and success.​
