.We are seeking a highly motivated Service Processes Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for the development of the service processes that support all the back office service functions including contracts, renewals, customer support, workflow design and implementation and training the service team and relevant stakeholders on these processes

What you will be doin

• g:Working in a multidisciplinary environment with various teams: Development, clinical and integratio
• n.Hands-on testing of a multidisciplinary medical system, in MRI environmen
• t.Verification of algorithms, automation tests, GUI and multiple interface
• s.Work under iso 134
• 85Designing of test procedures and run test report
• s.Identify complex test cases and perform bugs analysi
• s.Work in hospital and MRI lab environment in Haifa and Ichil
• ovWorking according to Insightec Quality Policy, relevant Quality Procedures & Standards, and privacy & safety rule

• e:BSc education in Bio- Sciences (Biomedical/ Medical Engineering or equivalen
• t)0-2 years of experience in SW testi
• ngStrong analytical and self-learning skil
• lsMultitasked, independent, with excellent organizational skill

• lsExcellent English reading and writing skill
