Data Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our team!

Location: Petah Tikva (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of analysts to achieve goals
• Develop and implement data analysis methodologies
• Work with various teams across the organization
• Create business insights and develop advanced reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive data-driven initiatives

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in team management
• High proficiency in Excel and SQL (required)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to present insights
• Relevant degree (Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Big Data and user behavior analysis
• Background in technology or finance industries
