Generative AI Specialist

At CrazyLabs, we're pioneering advanced Generative AI (GenAI) techniques to revolutionize mobile game development and diverse digital projects. Our work spans AI-based scripting, debugging automation, and innovative tool development. We are seeking a highly motivated and technically adept student to join our dynamic team as a Generative AI Specialist.

Role Overview:

In this role, you’ll work on a variety of projects. Your focus will include developing AI-driven scripts, debugging and optimizing code, and integrating cutting-edge GenAI solutions across our workflows. This position is ideal for creative and analytical people with a passion for coding and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experiment with and integrate the latest GenAI technologies across various projects.
• Research emerging GenAI techniques and contribute to our continuous improvement efforts.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize AI-oriented scripts and automation tools.
• Debug and troubleshoot code to enhance performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative AI solutions.
  
  

• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks (e.g., using LLMs, diffusion models) and expertise in fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and AI-driven content generation.
• Strong proficiency in Python, C#, or similar languages, with the ability to design and maintain internal tools/automation scripts. Comfortable learning, adapting to, and improvising with new or specialized programming languages as needed.
• Experience with conversational AI (e.g., Claude/ChatGPT “Vibe programming”) or a strong aptitude to learn.
• Familiarity with exporting/integrating into game/web formats (e.g., JSON, XML) and building AI-powered tools for non-technical users.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, cross-team collaboration, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated learner with a drive for experimentation and exploration in the GenAI field.

• Experience with ComfyUI for Gen AI workflows.
• Familiarity with containerized environments like Docker, Kubernetes, or similar.
• Understanding of cloud-based AI deployment (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles for designing intuitive AI tools.
