HRBP

We are looking for an HRBP to join our HR team and assist with developing and supporting our global teams.

Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships and act as HR's point of contact to support both associates and managers in different locations and time zones
• Ongoing conversations with associates, documentation, and summary of meetings
• Monitoring the action items and making sure they are being handled
• Make recommendations, guide informed decision-making, and implement appropriate solutions
• The role includes strengthening the associate's engagement with the organization. This includes thinking of ways to perform and engage with Scylla more efficiently
• Responsible for monitoring and tracking performance processes and development programs in their region
• Taking part in HR responsibilities together with the VP People and the HR team such as terminations, exit interviews, development programs, satisfaction survey, associates retention and other HR aspects.
• Creating and improving different HR policies
• Developing training materials and presenting them.
• Assist with additional initiatives to improve engagement, connections, and retention
• Reporting directly to the VP of People, the HRBP will collaborate with the HRBP, HR Manager and the rest of the HR team
  
  

• Has 1-3 years of experience in a similar position in a global startup environment
• Has proven success in working with global teams in Europe, creating connectedness and retaining associates
• Fluent in English - A must
• Experienced in working and supporting managers remotely
• Experience in developing training materials and delivering them to managers and associates
• Enjoy working with people
• Excellent at interpersonal communication
• Collaborator and team player
• Analytic capabilities and experience in writing reports
