Business Operations Specialist

We are seeking a Business Operations professional to take ownership of key projects related to our Call Center products. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the company’s core sales and customer management tools. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, BI, Sales, Retention, and Customer Service, to enhance our internal tools and optimize business processes. Your work will directly impact lead management, customer interactions, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities:

• Own and define products roadmap.
• Gather and analyze business requirements – working closely with Head of Sales and Retention.
• Prioritize feature development/configuration based on business impact and technical feasibility.
• Write clear and detailed product specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with developers/implementation teams to ensure smooth implementation.
• Manage API integrations – Call center products and other third-party tools (Dialer, CRM, AI tools).
• Continuously improve business processes.
• Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure high-quality product releases.
• Monitor KPIs and optimize features to improve sales and customer engagement.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Business Operations, or in a similar operational role.
• Experience working with Call Center tools or lead management tools – an advantage.
• Strong understanding of API integrations and data flows.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across departments.
• Experience in fintech, online trading or a sales-driven environment is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
