We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & Social Media Coordinator to join our growing firm. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for recruitment and social media, who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing recruitment processes while also handling our online presence to attract top talent and new clients.

✔ Recruitment & Candidate Sourcing – Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing via LinkedIn and other platforms, conducting interviews, and screening candidates.

✔ Social Media Management – Creating and publishing engaging content on LinkedIn and other platforms to enhance our brand and expand our reach.

✔ Client Interaction – Supporting recruitment projects, maintaining client relationships, and fostering new collaborations.

✔ Recruitment System Management (Monday.com) – Tracking job openings, candidates, and processes efficiently.

🔹 Previous experience in recruitment – a strong advantage (but also open to entry-level candidates eager to learn).

🔹 Experience in managing social media content and campaigns – required.

🔹 Strong organizational skills, independent work ethic, and proactive mindset.

🔹 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
