For a fast-growing gaming startup We're looking for a Head of Social Media to lead and scale our online presence across platforms like X (Twitter), Meta, and more. If you love crafting engaging content, building communities, and staying ahead of social media trends, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

🎯 Strategy & Planning:

Develop and execute innovative social media strategies.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Set and track KPIs to optimize performance.

📢 Content Creation & Management:

Create engaging posts, visuals, and curate relevant content.

Manage social media calendars and schedules for consistent engagement.

Oversee and direct high-quality video content, working closely with our video creators.

🤝 Community Engagement & Growth:

Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster online communities.

Monitor brand mentions and social conversations to maintain a positive brand image.

📊 Performance & Analytics:

Analyze social media data to identify trends and improve engagement.

Optimize campaigns based on insights and report key findings.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Proven experience managing social media for brands, ideally in gaming or tech-Must 

✅ Strong content creation skills – writing, visuals, and video direction.

✅ Deep understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

✅ Fluent English (high level) – both written and spoken.

✅ Ability to work independently in a fully remote and fast-paced startup environment.

✅ Bonus: Graphic design skills & knowledge of cryptocurrency/Web3.
