About the position

As part of our growth, we seek a Business Analyst to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical capabilities combined with leadership skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Perform business analysis to support the deployment of the Personetics Solutions
• Perform data modelling, wrangling, analysis, and mapping as part of the integration architecture
• Work closely with other business and development units and lead the onboarding process of new customers, to deliver high-quality data-centered solutions
• Perform data and quality analysis including data mapping reviews, data validation and remediation, insight validation and issue impact analysis
• Define implementation team tasks to support customer needs
• Research, analyze, and organize big data from both technical and a business perspective

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst in a data-oriented environment
• A Bachelor of Science Degree (BS) in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, and similar
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Hands-on experience in SQL
• Familiarity with Python for data Analysis,
• Statistics/data modeling/analytical background
• Strong written and verbal communication skills·, attention to details
• Team oriented and yet able to work indepe
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly
• Highly proficient in Englis- must

• Financial services experience (banking, Credit Cards, or insurance)
• Customer facing experience
