We are seeking a hands-on, innovative engineer with expertise in Big Data, AWS, and a strong background in the AdTech industry to join our team. The ideal candidate is both a visionary and a doer, responsible for building scalable data solutions that drive technological innovation and maintain Media Force’s competitive edge.

Responsibilities

• Big Data & AWS Development: Design and implement Big Data strategies and solutions using AWS technologies. Develop and maintain scalable data architecture and ML pipelines for advanced analytics.
• Software Engineering: Hands-on development with Python and Golang, contributing to backend services and distributed systems.
• Data Processing & Optimization: Build and optimize real-time and batch data processing pipelines using Databricks, Spark, Kafka, and S3.
• System Performance & Scalability: Maintain and improve the performance of distributed systems, ensuring efficiency and reliability at scale.
• Collaboration & Integration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop integrated solutions that align with business needs.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and data engineering.
• Strong AWS expertise, particularly in cloud-based Big Data pipelines for machine learning (AWS or GCP).
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes/EKS, Kafka, Redis, and TimescaleDB.
• Strong programming skills in Python and Golang.
• Background in AdTech is a strong plus.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure automation.
• Results-driven, hands-on approach with a passion for innovation.
