Assistant Controller

• Responsible for the ongoing communication with the subsidiaries of the company and help with month-end close processes, including reconciliations, journal entries, and accruals.
• Assist in implementing new work procedures to enhance accounting processes.
• Maintain accurate accounting records, collaborating closely with bookkeepers to oversee ongoing monthly and annual accounting activities.
• Support with the payments/AP process.
• Preparation of statutory reports (annual financial reports and tax returns) according to IFRS.
• Provide support for day-to-day finance operations, special projects, and ad-hoc requests as needed.
  
  

Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant - must.
• Internship in one of the big 4 accounting firms – must (High-Tech division - advantage).
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew, verbal/written.
• Highly motivated and committed with Strong attention to detail.
• Collaborative, open minded and able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Experience in a similar role as an assistant controller- an advantage.
• Experience in NetSuite – an advantage.
