React Developer

An Israeli-American high-tech company and a pioneer in the Construction Tech sector, developing a product installed on cranes at construction sites. The product leverages AI and IoT technologies to capture and analyze data, providing real-time insights to optimize decision-making and performance analysis.

The goal is to connect the fragmented elements of the construction process into a single source of productivity and accuracy.

The company has raised over $100 million in two funding rounds, and the product is already in production with customers in the US and France.

Located in Tel Aviv, within walking distance of the train station, offering a hybrid work model (two days a week from home). The company currently has 60 employees, about half of them in R&D.

The role:

• Frontend Expert and Lead, working as part of a team of Full Stack and Backend Developers, reporting to the Team Lead.
• There are plans to grow the team and hire additional Frontend Developers in the future.
• The role includes end-to-end feature development and building design systems, using React and TypeScript.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience as a Frontend Developer.
• 3 years of experience with React and at least the same with TypeScript.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable front-end architectures.
• Skilled in creating responsive, user-friendly UIs with high performance.
• Experience in building design systems/Storybook/reusable frontend components.
• Previous experience in working closely with backend engineers and setting API requirements.
• Introducing testing frameworks, driving the adoption of automation, and writing intricate front-end tests.
• Degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
