Regional Sales Marketing Manager

What You’ll Be Doing:

Be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction from start to finish.

Dive deep into market trends and data to identify new customer opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.

Create compelling quotations and marketing materials, aligning with our brand’s message and customer needs.

Bridge the gap between internal teams (R&D, Engineering, Production) and customers, providing expert guidance and solutions.

Take charge of end-to-end project management, ensuring that customer specifications are met, and that each project stays on track and profitable.

Leverage your deep understanding of our technical products to help customers make the best choices for their needs.

Ensure all projects meet Military and QA standards for excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Education: Background in Engineering or Business Administration preferred.

✔️ Languages: Fluent in English (Mother Tongue); additional languages are advantage!

✔️ Technical Proficiency: You’re comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and familiar with CRM/ERP systems.

✔️ Experience: Proven track record in Sales, Business Development, and Project Management—especially in a regional market.

✔️ Cultural Fit: Fluent English speaker with strong cultural and business understanding.

✔️ Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate across teams and build solid customer relationships.

✔️ Independent & Team-Oriented: You can work autonomously but also thrive in team settings.
