Automation Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in test automation, particularly with Selenium, as well as experience with process control and improvement. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated tests to ensure the quality and functionality of our software products.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium.
• Collaborate with the development team to define test strategies and ensure proper test coverage.
• Continuously improve test automation frameworks and processes.
• Identify, analyze, and report defects and work with the development team to resolve issues.
• Execute manual tests when automation is not possible.
• Perform regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Monitor test results and work on improving automation reliability.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Selenium WebDriver and automated testing.
• Strong experience with SQL.
• Experience with process control and improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Information Systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
