Onboarding Specialist (Contract)

This role is a fixed term contract assignment at Palo Alto Networks. Contractors will not be employed by Palo Alto Networks but through our trusted staffing partners.

As an Onboarding Specialist (Contractor), you will play a pivotal role in demonstrating our company culture and making the best first impression. If you are a self-starter and looking for a role that helps create a great new hire experience, this is it!

This individual will provide a positive onboarding experience to all new hires from the offer stage through their first day at Palo Alto Networks.

• Location: Tel Aviv Office, Israel
• Contract Term: 6 Months
• In-office attendance 3x a week: Monday to Wednesday

Your Impact

• Serve as a key member and active participant on the Staffing Operations team as the Onboarding Specialist POC in Israel, supporting employment contracts and new hire onboarding for EMEA, Israel and eventually Globally
• Ensure a positive onboarding experience for new hires by ensuring all aspects of onboarding are completed accurately and timely including, communication with new hires and accurate onboarding data in Workday, SmartRecruiters, and other systems.
• Communicate and work effectively cross-functionally with TA, Payroll, HRC and other teams.
• Manage and provide early intervention and support for the resolution to issues as they are identified and help to implement long-term solutions
• Provide support for a variety of administrative activities requiring knowledge of organizational procedures, methodologies, and business practices
• Offer ideas and suggestions to address gaps/roadblocks and present scalable solutions
• Share best practices and areas of improvement that will positively impact the team (thinking big)

Your Experience

• Previous experience in preparing employment contracts and managing HR tasks in Workday
• Flexible, yet highly organized, and able to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and deadlines in a global, dynamic environment
• Meticulous attention to detail with consistent follow up
• Proficient at handling high volumes of work and multi-tasking in a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment
• Understanding of the entire candidate/employee lifecycle, with the ability to recommend process-oriented, technical, and/or operational solutions to improve the overall experience
• Demonstrate a high degree of integrity and maintain confidentiality
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently
• Proficient in MS Office Suite or GSuite
• Experience with the following tools is a plus: Workday, ServiceNow, SmartRecruiters, and DocuSign
