About the role:

An opportunity to lead a development team, which includes system analysts, developers and testers.

• Full responsibility for the development and maintenance of service systems under the team's responsibility – Siebel CRM, Magic systems, and additional service systems

• Manage development tasks in technological and business projects, considering organizational prioritization

• Ensure high-quality team outputs while meeting deadlines and SLA targets for issue resolution, system availability, development throughput, etc

• Lead solutions and system specifications within the team with a long-term vision

• Collaborate with development teams and infrastructure personnel to ensure continuous system operation

• Manage relationships with business users and external vendors

• Manage technological projects, such as system upgrades under the team's responsibility

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce / Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation or development
• At least 3 years of management experience
• In-depth understanding of CRM systems and service processes
• Experience leading projects for migrating CRM systems to the cloud
• Experience in system maintenance, managing development tasks, testing, managing work environments, handling incidents, etc.
• Strong technical and systemic understanding with the ability to analyze and define business requirements
• Experience with Agile methodology – an advantage
• Familiarity with Magic and/or Oracle Siebel CRM systems – an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, or another relevant field – an advantage
