Social & Retention Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a hands-on Social & Retention Marketing Specialist who will take ownership of our social media, content, and customer retention strategies. This role combines creativity with data-driven decision-making to enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and build long-term customer loyalty.

Job Description

As a Social & Retention Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for both strategic planning and execution. From crafting compelling social content to managing retention campaigns, you’ll work across multiple channels to strengthen our brand’s connection with its audience.

Responsibilities

Hands-on management of social media platforms—creating, scheduling, and optimizing engaging content.

Write compelling copy for social posts, emails, and retention campaigns.

Develop and execute customer retention strategies, including personalized email flows, loyalty programs, and re-engagement campaigns.

Analyze performance metrics, track engagement, and optimize campaigns based on data insights.

Collaborate with design, product, and customer experience teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Stay ahead of industry trends and implement new tactics to increase retention and engagement.

Requirements

2+ years of hands-on experience in social media management, copywriting, and retention marketing.

English -native level

Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt to different tones and audiences.

Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and email marketing tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.).

Data-driven mindset—ability to analyze engagement metrics and optimize content accordingly.

Creative thinker with strong execution skills and attention to detail.

Experience with paid social campaigns and basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
