R&D Team Lead (Fullstack Development)

We are looking for an experienced R&D Team Lead with technical background to lead a team of Fullstack developers. The role involves working on new and challenging projects using advanced technologies such as Node.js, React.js, Next.js, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Microservices, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of 3-5 Fullstack developers.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring on product architecture, development best practices, and other technical aspects.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, stakeholders, and other teams to gather requirements, report progress, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee the full development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and support, ensuring high-quality software.
• Drive the technical vision and participate in discussions regarding the product vision.
• Conduct code reviews, contribute to technical decisions, and ensure continuous improvement within the team.
• Lead recruitment efforts, performance reviews, and provide professional development opportunities for team members.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of development experience.
• At least 3 year of management experience leading a team of 2 or more developers.
• Strong experience with Microservices, Node.js, React.js, Typescript, and Javascript.
• Solid understanding of product architecture, software development methodologies, and Agile processes.
• Proven experience in leading teams, providing mentorship, and facilitating career development.
• Ability to manage the technical direction of the team and deliver on product goals.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AWS and Kubernetes.
• Experience building high-traffic systems with scalable performance.
