Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled PPC Campaign Manager to manage and execute paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This role involves data analysis, performance optimization, and strategic marketing support for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Planning, creating, and managing paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.

✔ Ongoing campaign optimization to achieve ROI and ROAS goals.

✔ Analyzing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and others.

✔ Writing creative ad copy and conducting A/B testing to improve messaging and calls to action.

✔ Managing monthly budgets and optimizing allocations for maximum performance.

✔ Providing regular performance reports, insights, and presentations to clients and company management.

✔ Conducting keyword research and identifying new opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness.

✔ Keeping up with PPC trends and industry changes to implement new best practices and improve performance.

Requirements:

🔹 At least 1 year of experience managing PPC campaigns on major digital platforms.

🔹 Strong proficiency in Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager (experience with additional platforms is a plus).

🔹 Excellent analytical skills and experience working with Google Analytics and Excel.

🔹 Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and customer journey mapping.

🔹 Strong writing skills in Hebrew and English – ability to craft compelling ad copy and professional reports.

🔹 High customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills for client interactions.

🔹 Proactive approach, ability to work independently, and strong multitasking skills.
