Part-Time HR Manager

A leading Israeli PR firm specializing in technology and innovation seeks an experienced HR Manager for a part-time (2.5-3 days/week) hybrid role. This role is crucial in managing all employee-related matters and working closely with the Chief People Officer. The position is dynamic and encompasses various HR functions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR inquiries, providing expert advice and timely resolutions.
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, performance management, and retention strategies.
• Assess and address professional development needs to foster employee growth.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company values, operational policies, and Israeli labor laws.
• Maintain the HR database and collaborate with the operations team.
• Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
  
  

• Native-level fluency in English and Hebrew. Strong understanding of Anglo-American culture.
• 2-3 years of HR or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to handle complex and sensitive situations with empathy and clarity.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on practical HR solutions.
• Thorough understanding of HR best practices, Israeli labor law, and relevant regulations.
• Proficiency in HR systems and databases (e.g., HiBob).
• Meticulous attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Energetic, motivated, and professional; adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
