Operational Excellence Manager

Zelef, part of Tadbiq Group, is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and implementation of best-in-class operational methodologies to enhance efficiency and productivity across the plant.

✔ Lead Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency

✔ Identify and implement Best Practices in operations and production

✔ Manage cross-functional projects to improve performance and achieve key operational KPIs

✔ Drive Kaizen and Six Sigma methodologies to minimize waste and enhance process effectiveness

✔ Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality departments to ensure operational excellence

✔ Facilitate cultural change and employee engagement by promoting a mindset of continuous improvement

✔ Analyze operational data, conduct performance assessments, and drive strategic enhancements

✔ Lead internal training sessions and workshops to instill Lean Manufacturing principles

🔹 B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field – required

🔹 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment – required

🔹 Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies – highly preferred

🔹 Proven experience in data-driven decision-making and performance improvement

🔹 Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with senior management

🔹 Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced process analysis tools
