Sales Development Representative

About The Position

Hailo is looking to hire a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing business team. In this role, you will have an opportunity to combine technical and business skills to drive new business opportunities and help secure existing deals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Management – Review and qualify marketing leads and help our Sales force to secure business meetings and convert them to opportunities.
• Lead Generation – Research and identify potential customers through various online tools and create lead lists.
• Outreach – Proactively initiate communication and find creative methods to generate business and address existing opportunities.
• Reporting – Maintain updated lead pipeline and document progress in CRM and marketing automation systems.
• Insights – Provide feedback and generate Insights that will help both the Marketing team and the Sales team to improve lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
  
  

• Technological/technical background – MUST
• Experience in inside sales/sales development in a tech company / startup – MUST
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to support North American team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Initiative and highly motivated, with a problem-solving and can-do attitude.
• Ability to work independently in addition to working in a team.
