Student Data Analyst

We’re looking for a Student Data Analyst to join our data-driven team at BIScience, a global leader in behavioral intelligence and digital advertising analytics. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detailed, manual data work, has a keen eye for spotting inconsistencies, and wants to gain exposure to large-scale structured and unstructured data.

What You’ll Do:

🔹 Hands-On Data Processing – Work directly with large-scale datasets, performing manual data cleaning, validation, and organization to ensure accuracy and integrity.

🔹 Excel-Based Data Management – Use Excel extensively, applying advanced formulas, PivotTables, and manual data entry to maintain and structure data effectively.

🔹 Manual Data Quality Checks – Identify, investigate, and correct data inconsistencies to ensure high data reliability.

🔹 Basic SQL for Data Retrieval – use SQL to extract datasets

🔹 Support AdTech Data Reporting – Assist in preparing structured datasets for marketing analytics, competitive intelligence, and advertising performance reports.

🔹 Collaborate with the Data Team – Work closely with data engineers and analysts to support our proprietary behavioral intelligence platforms.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled student in a relevant field (e.g., Data Analytics, Business, Engineering, Mathematics).
• Highly detail-oriented – Enjoys repetitive manual tasks that require precision and accuracy.
• Strong Excel skills – Proficient with large datasets, formulas, PivotTables, and basic automation techniques.
• Basic SQL knowledge – Can run simple queries but comfortable with primarily manual data work.
• Analytical mindset – Able to identify patterns, discrepancies, and trends in data.
• Interest in AdTech & Digital Marketing Data – Excited to work with datasets related to online advertising, behavioral analytics, and competitive intelligence.
• Team player – Enjoys working with a collaborative data team to maintain high-quality data standards.
• Fluent in English – Comfortable communicating data issues and insights clearly.
