Job Description:

Building integrative work plans and maintaining them regularly

Risk management, analyzing bottlenecks, and critical paths

Synchronizing work interfaces in an environment with multiple knowledge centers and engineering fields

Planning and controlling the budget from the proposal stage, through regular reporting, until project completion

Creating a comprehensive project status and providing visibility to management and clients

Job Requirements:

BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management, or alternatively, over ten years of experience in managing technological projects – required

At least 3 years of experience as a PMO in large organizations – required

Good familiarity with SAP or a similar large ERP system

Familiarity with Lean planning and control methodologies – Agile/Lean/Six Sigma

Familiarity with planning and control tools such as MS Project/Primavera – required

Experience in a consulting company/operations – an advantage

Systemic thinking, ability to analyze and understand processes

Excellent interpersonal communication, creativity, and ability to work both independently and in a team
