Mertens – MalamTeam is hiring an experienced PMO to join a large organization in Jerusalem

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, support, and monitor technology projects, including work plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and risks

Track project progress and evaluate planned versus actual performance

Identify, analyze, and monitor emerging trends and technologies in road safety, Artificial Intelligence, video analytics, smart transportation, and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)

Initiate and support technological research projects

Prepare position papers, technology reviews, technical specifications, and documentation

Coordinate with vendors and support procurement processes

Promote collaboration with government agencies, academic institutions, and industry partners

Requirements:

At least 4 years of experience in technology project management and project control

Experience developing work plans and managing schedules, milestones, budgets, and risks

Experience supporting project managers and monitoring planned versus actual project performance

Ability to work independently with a broad understanding of complex systems
