We are looking for a talented and motivated Research Scientist to join our R&D team and contribute to the development of innovative medical devices. Key Responsibilities:

🔬 Formulation Development – Design and optimize new product formulations, manufacturing methods, and testing procedures.

📑 Technical Documentation – Write and maintain detailed protocols for manufacturing, validation, and quality control.

🛠 Product Testing & Validation – Conduct laboratory testing, validations, and stability studies to ensure the highest product quality.

🏭 Production Support – Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing processes.

Required Qualifications:

✅ Academic background in a relevant field (Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or similar). Advanced degrees (MSc, PhD) are an advantage.

✅ Experience working under a quality management system (GMP, ISO13485, ISO9001) – a plus.

✅ Hands-on experience in pharmaceutical or medical device R&D – an advantage.

✅ Ability to work across multiple disciplines and handle a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

✅ Strong English skills (reading and writing) for technical documentation and communication.
