Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager at Luns. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing data, driving customer retention, building relationships, and providing excellent customer service.

Job requirements

Experience in customer success or account management in the AdTech industry - a must

Knowledge of mobile app industry trends is a plus

Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills

Analytical Skills for data analysis

Customer Retention and Relationship Building capabilities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
