Job Description
For Sapiens CTIO Division, we are looking to hire a driven Business Operations Manager to maximize our operating capabilities.
The Business Operations Manager will collaborate with management to develop annual scope of work and manage progress throughout the year, execute business strategies and take on special projects.
Main Responsibilities

• Take part in strategic processes and decisions (at the C level)
• Work with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans
• Materials preparation – prepare presentations, business documents, and reports for different needs
• Follow up on execution – monitoring the implementation of action items
• Participate in meetings and write summaries and protocols
• Communication liaison – interface with parties within and outside of the company
  

• 7+ years of experience in business operations, strategy execution, project management, or a similar role in global companies.
• At lease 2-3 years experience working closely with C-level executives and cross-functional leadership teams.
• Familiarity with corporate governance, business planning, and strategic initiatives.
• Experience in the commercial business field (contact, negotiations) - Advantage
• Fluent English – Must
• High level of MS Office suite
• Industrial engineering/Economics degree- advantage
• Financial Background - Advantage
