Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a PPC Campaign Manager to join our growing team! If you have a passion for digital marketing, data-driven decision-making, and creative problem-solving, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta and TikTok for diverse clients, with a focus on the hospitality and restaurant industries.
• Collaborate with creative and design teams to craft compelling ad strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance, derive insights, and implement data-driven optimizations.
• Generate performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta and TikTok ads for multiple clients.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop precise marketing messages.
• Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, Word/Docs, and other relevant tools.

Advantages:

• Experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Familiarity with automation tools (Make, Zapier) at a basic level.

Position Details:

• Hybrid work model – 3 days in our Tel Aviv office, 2 days remote.
