Product Manager

A startup company in the AI field, building the future of intelligence and prediction platforms using Big Data, Machine Learning, and AI.

The company specializes in the automated management of data processes and the creation of intelligence from massive amounts of data, helping organizations draw conclusions about events in an efficient, fast, and optimal way, while also accurately predicting future risks.

Their platform handles all types of data, including video, audio, text, images, and other databases.

The company is based in Ramat Gan, near the train station, and works from the office.

They currently have about 20 employees, with most of the team focused on R&D.

This unique company is led by experienced founders who were senior members in IDF cyber units and have a track record of successful exits. Their clients primarily include governmental and financial organizations, such as U.S. police forces. Founded in 2020, the company is stable and profitable.

The role involves being the sole Product Manager, reporting to the COO (who is one of the founders). The role is primarily 80% Inbound, working closely with the development team, and 20% Outbound.

The product is a Web-based solution in the AI field, within a Big Data environment.

Requirements-

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Manager in AI, big data, or analytics-driven domains.
• Demonstrated success in defining and launching innovative products in fast-paced environments, preferably within startups or scaling organizations.
• Strong technical background and familiarity with machine learning and AI technologies.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly features that meet business and operational goals.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• A track record of working with R&D teams to deliver impactful product solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with public safety, law enforcement, or security organizations.
• Background in intelligence or investigative work, with exposure to fast-moving, high-stakes situations.
