We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to drive data-backed marketing strategies and optimize monetization. This role is about impact—scaling our products, improving conversion rates, and leading high-performance campaigns across multiple advertising platforms.

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to maximize revenue and user acquisition.
• Lead high-converting campaigns across Google Ads, PropellerAds, MGID, and other ad networks.
• Optimize monetization funnels through A/B testing, creative experimentation, and data analysis.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Development teams to enhance the user journey.
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to refine acquisition and retention strategies.
  

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, Growth, or Monetization for B2C digital products.
• Expertise in Google Ads, PropellerAds, MGID, Taboola, Outbrain, or similar platforms.
• Proven ability to analyze data, optimize conversion rates, and drive revenue growth.
• Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and customer psychology.
• Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken).
