Salesforce Business Analyst and Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst and Project Manager to join our team and help identify, design, and lead business solutions tailored to organizational needs.

The ideal candidate will perform in-depth analysis of business processes and lead their implementation and optimization through the capabilities of Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Needs Analysis: Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear, detailed specifications.
• Translate specifications into technical design documents, together with the implementors and technical architects teams.
• Process Mapping: Create workflow diagrams and process maps to enhance work efficiency.
• Customized Solutions: Develop tailored solutions in Salesforce in collaboration with development and implementation teams.
• User Testing: Plan and oversee user testing during the implementation of new systems or updates.
• Write documentation for designs, users, etc.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance existing processes and improve efficiency using Salesforce.
• Communication and Reporting: Facilitate communication between different departments to create smooth processes and report project progress to senior management.

Required Skills:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in systems analysis or business analysis in a Salesforce environment.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in in sales force implementation or administration.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Information Systems or a related field.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems.
• Salesforce Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including CRM aspects and business methodologies.
• Communication Abilities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
• Salesforce Certifications: Holding Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, is an advantage.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience working with Agile methodologies is beneficial.
