We are a fast-growing online marketing agency based in Rishon LeZion, specializing in high-quality lead generation through innovative and data-driven strategies.

We operate a network of comparison and content websites, offering unbiased reviews and expert insights across Google, Bing, Meta (Facebook), and TikTok to maximize performance.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and optimize high-budget, large-scale Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns to drive performance.

• Execute growth strategies and continuously test new approaches.

• Analyze campaign data to extract insights, improve traffic quality, and increase key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Research and refine target audiences to improve engagement and conversion rates.

• Work directly with the CEO to develop and implement cutting-edge PPC strategies.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and scaling high-budget campaigns ($100,000+ monthly) on Google Ads and/or Bing Ads – Required.

• Proven track record of managing global PPC campaigns – Required.

• Fluent English (spoken & written) – at a very high level or native proficiency – Required.

• Expertise in campaign structuring, keyword research, bid management, and ad copy creation.

• A data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to make informed decisions.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets.
