Chief Executive Officer

A well-established and successful import & trade company is seeking for a visionary CEO to lead its organization into its next growth phase.

As CEO, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, driving business growth, and maintaining the company's stellar market position while ensuring operational excellence across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and develop a high-performing team while building a professional management infrastructure to support the company's growth objectives and operational needs

·Develop and execute long-term strategic plans to drive sustainable growth, including expansion into new and existing markets

·Maintain and enhance company reputation through effective relationship management with clients, suppliers, and strategic partners

·Oversee comprehensive financial management and planning to ensure continued profitability and business sustainability

·Direct day-to-day operations while implementing strategic initiatives for business development and market expansion

Required Qualifications:

·Minimum 5 years of experience as CEO in an import & trade company, with demonstrated expertise in managing diverse product portfolios.

· Proven track record in B2B client relationship management and experience working with international suppliers across multiple countries

·Demonstrated experience in managing teams of 50+ employees

· Track record of managing annual revenues exceeding 100M NIS

·Proven success in driving business growth and value creation

·Strong strategic thinking and leadership capabilities

· Excellence in stakeholder management and communication
